**Job Overview: Debate Trainer**

**PROGRAMME DETAILS**
- Description: You will conduct Model United Nations classes weekly (or as instructed)
- Dates:
Feb: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Mar: 5th, 12th, 26th

Apr: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

May: 7th,14th,21st

July: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

Sep: 11th (Final)
- Sessions: 20
- School Location: Central
- Timing: 1400 - 1600 (2 hours for standard session; Final session is 6 hours)
- Honorarium: $50/h
- More information on school, etc. will be provided once shortlisted

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct engaging training sessions for students based on the curriculum developed by TGCEG.
- Provide feedback on student’s performance and behaviour periodically.
- Execute classroom management for small group lessons.
- Tailor teaching methods and content to accommodate the diverse learning needs and interests of students.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- MOE-IRS certified instructor
- 2 year's experience in MUN training/facilitating
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and able to work independently.
