Product Marketing Manager

1. Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams across the world to ensure flawless execution against this strategy.
2. Manage growth for a range of products in market; set goals, manage launches and implement activations in order to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
3. Collaborate closely with cross functional team to develop planning guidance for TikTok advertising solutions.
4. Represent product in-market by demonstrating ownership of overall sales team understanding and acting as the conduit between market and HQ.
5. Partner closely with sales teams and marketing science to utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.
6. Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
7. Prioritise, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products.
1. 5+ years experience working in media industry with brand measurement experience.
2. Experience with Impression and Click Tracking.
3. Knowledge of Self-Attribution Network, Brand Lift Study, Marketing Mix Modelling, Sales Lift and Signal Products such as pixel, SDK, Events API.
4. Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), familiar with IAS, MRC, GARM, WFA.
5. Understanding of 1P and 3P brand safety, viewability and verification tools (Eg. Openslate, IAS, Moat, DoubleVerify, Nielsen).
6. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
7. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
8. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
9. A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
