Roles and Responsibilities Handling customer financial transactions such as account opening, deposits, and inward & outward remittance process Perform Banking Transactions including Money Exchange, Remittance, and Customer Account Management Withdrawals, transfers, checking, etc. Counting and balancing cash in the teller’s box. Processing the daily transactions upon the customer’s request. Banking in cash and cheque in corresponding banks. Filing documents of daily transactions and keeping them in a safe and proper place. Updating the record book of related transactions. Bank Teller’s box key is in a safe place. Updating periodic KYC(Know your customer) for customers Any other duties assigned by the department head Liaising with customers, banks, and relationship managers on update/follow-up issuesRequirements Minimum bachelor holder or equivalent Self-motivated, meticulous, able to multi-task, and willing to work under pressure. Minimum 3 year of Bank Teller experiences Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Banking Products would be a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong Knowledge of SWIFT messages should be prepared Good understanding of inward and outward remittance process
