Singapore REACH Community Services Society Full time

A Programme Executive of Reach Senior Service will be based primarily in one of the Senior Centres (SC). He/ She is responsible to run the day-to-day programs with volunteers and seniors. They also provide cross-coverage for other Senior Centres, as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and manage engagement programme held at designated neighborhood touchpoints for registered seniors within the SC.
- Manage Alert Alarm System, Phone Roster and Client Safety and Well-being
- Conduct outreach programme and manage membership registration
- Support volunteer management
- Maintain proper records of all financial reports and documentation as required by audits.

**Requirements**:

- Possess technical diploma certificate or relevant certification
- Capable to train volunteers to facilitate creative arts / baking / cooking / singing / music instruments / florist / live streaming in senior programmes.
- Ability to host or deliver programmes in front of a crowd of 10 - 80 seniors is a must.
- Familiarity with live-stream or data-entry and administration is preferred.
- Experience in social services not necessary
- Fully conversant and able to translate in Malay / Mandarin and English, ability to converse in Hokkein / Teochew will be a bonus, due to clients being seniors.
- Must be a good team-player, with a passion to work with seniors.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,580.00 - $3,500.00 per month
