Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**
- Review and verify the subcontractor & supplier claim and prepare payment certification.
- Prepare progress Claim and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
- Request quotation from supplier
- Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.
- Online tender submission.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- At least 8 to 12 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage
- Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
- Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
