**About Infinity Cube**
Infinity Cube is a leading provider of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), offering innovative hybrid power solutions to reduce diesel dependency in construction and industrial sites. With growing traction across Asia-Pacific and beyond, we are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team and accelerate our international expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify **new distributor and reseller opportunities**globally, with focus markets including **Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, and Europe**.
- Manage end-to-end **business development funnel**, from first contact to signed agreements.
- Develop and maintain a **prospect database**; track outreach, feedback, and progress using CRM tools.
- Represent Infinity Cube in **exhibitions and virtual meetings**, building relationships with potential partners.
- Collaborate with the internal team to **tailor technical solutions**for local distributor needs.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance, market feedback, and new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of international business development**or sales experience, preferably in construction equipment, energy, or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven success in **cold calling and B2B sales**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in **English**(Japanese/Korean/Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently across time zones.
- Familiarity with distributor models, channel partner onboarding, and cross-cultural business environments.

**Location**: Singapore (preferred) / Remote
**Travel**: Occasional international travel expected
