**Quantity Surveyor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Recommend appropriate procurement route for Construction projects
- Vet and confirm scope of services with the users on tender specifications, and prepare tender documents
- Administer tenders for Construction projects
- Evaluate and recommend award of tenders
- Evaluate and manage progress payment and variation orders
- Act as PSA agent under the title of Superintending Officer Representative.
- Advice on dispute resolution for contractual matters
- Prepare cost estimates for business feasibility studies for projects.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant professional experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation and contract administration
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical with good negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
