Shipping Administrator

**$2800- 3500+ AWS + VB + allowance**

**5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours**

**Industry: Manufacturing**
**Transportation provided or state the nearest mrt stations**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day to day operations of various worldwide shipments
- Ensure all shipments are delivered on time by working closely with customer service team and freight forwarders
- Resolve shipment related complaints and provides the corrective and preventive actions
- Manages and perform regular inspection to ensure the Shipping & Logistics processes adhere to procedures, also mapped and approved in the GCDC Quality Management System at all time.
- Tracks and monitors shipment status (import and export).

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a computerized Distribution Centre Environment.
- Experience within a distribution center is an advantage.
- Knowledge of freight management and preparing of shipping documents.
