To provide SAP-C4C functional consulting services for the CEC program.CEC program encompasses the implementation of the SAP Cloud For Customer (C4C) solution for both the Sales and Service domains.The program scope includes solution roll-out/activations and continuous functionality enhancements (via SCRUM delivery approach).

The scope of work for the SAP-C4C functional consulting services includes: (1) Lead consultant responsible for the roll-out/activation of the C4C solution (2) Part of the SCRUM Development team to develop functionality enhancements within the C4C solution via SCRUM development approach (3) Involvement in assigned integration project for the implementation of C4C solution integration

Knowledge Requirements
- Extensive experience in Services Cloud with excellent understanding of the systems’ standard features and capabilities. - Extensive experience with administrator works of scope - Scoping, Configurations, Page layout, web service message monitoring and troubleshooting, ID mapping, code list restriction, data workbench, etc. - Extensive knowledge of reports and dashboard functionalities. - Technical competence in C4Hana integration concepts (communication systems, arrangement). - Excellent understanding of underlying technology and integration of C4Hana with SAP ECC systems, PI/XI/CPI and other IT systems. - Ability to lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and produce relevant use cases-Ability to analyze relevant business processes, identify gaps between processes and existing solutions and opportunities for process improvements. - Must be a Team Player. - Good inter-personal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Additional Requirements
- Preferably having integration knowledge of SAP S4Hana/S4HC to C4Hana - Preferably having Field Service Management (FSM) Knowledge
