Invest Operations Analyst

As an **Invest Operations Analyst** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

This role is accountable for supporting both Trust's customers as well as internal stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of Trust's investment products offering across both managed and self-directed investments to meet their operational, risk, compliance and governance requirements.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
- Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
- Provide Level-2 support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
- Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
- Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to all regulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
- Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
- Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Finance, Financial Engineering or Computational Finance
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an operations role or in retail securities brokerage within Singapore
- Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
- Strong prioritization capability and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
