**Job objective**:
We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator with expertise in Windows server systems to join our team. As a system administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our Windows server environment across our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:Be Part of our Global Team
- Administer and maintain the central Windows server management for the entire group.
- Support and maintain the existing Citrix environment, VMware environment, and Cloud Services within the Windows environment.
- Provide second-level support for the Citrix and Windows server environment.
- Proactively monitor system availability and performance.
- Optimize system performance through regular maintenance and updates.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Perform System patch and update to ensure system is up to date.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect overall server infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to Windows server administration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- More than 5 years professional experience in system administration in a large environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Citrix, VMware, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate
- Analytical, structured, and result-oriented approach to problem-solving.
