Studio Manager

We are looking for an energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic trainer to fulfil the role Studio Manager. The Studio Manager is an autonomous role which includes coaching classes, delivering the F45 experience to the community, managing enquiries, looking after our members with amazing customer service, growing our membership base and managing a team of trainers. The individual should have a passion for health and fitness and the F45 brand, a wealth of knowledge, great verbal communication skills, with a willingness to grow and foster a thriving team of trainers, as well as our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and foster a positive, community-based team training environment
- Manage a team of trainers including weekly scheduling of training hours
- Ensure all trainers (full and part time) are proficient in all areas of F45 Athletics
- Collaborate with and report to Management team to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly studio sales goals
- Nurture Leads to Trial and then to membership
- Managing a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
- Look after our Members with excellent customer service
- Deliver High Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes
- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
- Organise and run the F45 Challenge
- Maintain and monitor equipment, advising Management if something needs to be repaired or replaced

**Responsibilities: Social Media and Marketing**
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Facilitate company awareness through various social media channels
- Work with Management to create and implement social media strategies monthly
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and ensure a positive customer service experience

**Requirements**:

- Passion, enthusiasm and genuine motivation for health, fitness and to improve the lives of others
- ACSM or ACE Personal Training Qualification or overseas equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, experience in management roles are a bonus
- Sales experience is a bonus
- Proficiency in all areas of Mindbody is a bonus
- Proficiency in all areas of Loyalsnap is a bonus
- Ability to engage and develop strong relationships with clients
- Good communication and ability to educate others
- Happy, positive, enthusiastic and friendly personality

**Salary**: $2,915.00 - $3,600.00 per month
