Assess clients' needs, abilities or behaviour using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests, questionnaires, interviews and direct observation of their behaviour
- Devise, monitor and adapt appropriate treatment plan and an ongoing psychotherapeutic treatment to achieve structural change
- Offer psychotherapy and treatments for issues relating to a range of mental health conditions
- Opportunities to work with adults, adolescents and or children, according to the competencies and training of the clinician
- Develop and evaluate service provision for clients
- Counsel and support carers where applicable
- Be available to provide up to 24 clinical sessions per week (1 session is 50 minutes plus note taking) at times to be mutually agreed with the Director
- Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to weekly peer supervision (1.5 hours on Thursdays)
- Support the practice by periodically contributing articles/blogs for the clinic’s website and media channels (max of 1 blog per month, 1 other marketing activity per month, 1 Instagram trumpet talk per month)
- As requested by the Director, represent the organisation at periodic networking events and co-market the practice with relevant stakeholders such as Schools, Corporates (EAP programmes), GPs and psychiatrists

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Masters in psychology/psychotherapy or counselling
- Proven experience as a psychotherapist or counsellor with appropriate qualifications and full membership of a relevant professional body (SPS, SAC etc or international equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years therapeutic experience
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development training in therapeutic modalities (e.g. Schema, DBT, ACT etc)
- Knowledge of and adherence to relevant regulations, ethics and professional standards
- Professional and ethical attitude to confidentiality and PDPA / GDPR regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and initiative
