This program is designed to upskill and reskill talents into Cybersecurity Engineers and Analysts through intensive training and hands-on client attachments. **Program Overview**: Intensive Training The program begins with a fully sponsored, intensive 1-week full-time training in cybersecurity fundamentals, covering key areas such as: - Security Monitoring & Threat Detection - Using SIEM tools, identifying anomalies, and understanding cyber threats. - Incident Response & Forensic Analysis - Handling security breaches, investigating incidents, and escalating threats. - Compliance & Risk Management - Aligning cybersecurity strategies with ISO 27001, NIST, and other regulatory frameworks. Trainees will receive mentorship from experienced cybersecurity professionals and work in a actual live security operations environment. Client Attachment & Hands-On Experience Following the training, trainees will be placed on a 12 months client attachment program, gaining hands-on exposure to cybersecurity operations, including: - Monitoring security events and investigating threats. - Conducting security assessments and penetration testing. - Supporting compliance audits and security risk evaluations. - Collaborating with cybersecurity engineers on security projects.
