**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:
We are looking for an experienced VP Strategy and Performance to support Circles.Life consumer organization in a fast paced and rapidly growing start-up environment that is disrupting the telco and tech industry.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- **_Strategic Planning: _**Develop, implement and monitor a growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives. But align the OpCos. This will include setting growth targets, identifying new market segments for growth opportunities.
- **_Product Innovation _**: Lead efforts to improve but also identify and develop new digital products that cater to customer needs, grow revenue per user and increase stickiness.
- **_Pricing: _**_Providing generic pricing framework and guidance _
- **_Customer Acquisition: _**Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers. Identifying relevant Digital and physical channels to compliment the overall Digital effort to drive growth and improve Customer
- **_Forecasting: _**:
- Manage budgets, do rolling forecasts, assess and highlight risks associated with business growth.
- **_Data Analytics / Insights: _**:
- Utilize data analytics both on the telco usage and spend also gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- 18+ years of demonstrated success driving performance in fast growing companies
- Solid telco consumer experience and understanding of digital transformaion in telco is crucial
- Ideally, experience in a mature start-up environment with hyper-growth. Must have strong strategic skills and the ability to move seamlessly from strategic to tactical.
- Proven ability to successfully work with and influence a global, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
