The Senior Project Engineer should be familiar with performing energy audits, measurement and verification, design and sizing of ACMV systems, preparation of tender specification and managing contractors to supply, install, test and commission ACMV systems.

**Job Description & Requirements**
- Prepare, schedule, manage, coordinate and monitor projects
- Perform value engineering design to achieve highest efficiency standard for ACMV System
- Develop tender specifications and perform natural & unbiased tender evaluations
- Attend to site test and inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to
- Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
- Work closely with Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule
- Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site
- Prepare necessary presentation in person or document and PowerPoint and drawings to various stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and progress.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper project initiation and setup.
- Collaborate and assist other team members on projects when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in M&E or related engineering field
- At least 2-3 years and above of professional project management experience, preferably in ACMV and within construction industry or shows skills in the role and ability to showcase past completed projects.
- Understanding of building systems particularly in HVAC systems and other M&E disciplines
- Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems
- Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Takes initiative and demonstrates willingness to learn Able to multi-task and work as a team
