Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in sales, customer experience, business development, consulting, industry solutions, marketing for cloud, data management, or technical infrastructure products and services
- Customer-facing experience (i.e., customer experience, sales) with executive-level decision makers

Preferred qualifications:

- Understanding of the cloud industry and enterprise customer requirements, as well as Google Cloud’s products and solutions
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage high-visibility communication effectively, both verbally and written
- Ability to prioritize workloads, quickly transition between projects, and adapt to unanticipated issues that arise with grace and agility
- Proven attention to detail that creates a positive and lasting experience for customers on-site and digitally

As part of the Google Cloud Customer Experience team, the Executive Briefing Program brings together the best of Google Cloud’s thinking and technology to help enterprise customers and partners solve their toughest challenges and accelerate their transformations.

In this role, you will consult and collaborate with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft a narrative that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision makers to drive business objectives, while providing excellent customer experiences.

You will develop and leverage custom curated agendas, content, and demonstrations to showcase Google Cloud’s business and technology solutions both digitally and in-person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor Coordinator team to deliver exceptional briefing and customer impact in partnership with our global counterparts and leadership.- Support team demand of Executive Briefing experiences for C-level and senior decision-makers from enterprise customers through cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams.-
- Ownership of all aspects of the Executive Briefing experience from pre-planning to post-meeting debrief, inclusive of leading all communications, developing agendas, curating and customizing content, facilitation and hosting, capturing customer insights and action items, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.- Demonstrate the highest level of customer hospitality and executive presence throughout all interactions (i.e., tour of the space, hosting customers/prospects/partners).
