The company is a Singapore’s very own creative Website & Mobile Apps Development and Digital Marketing Agency.

As an Account Management Associate, you will:

- Account managing website development / mobile app development projects from sales closure till completion of development
- Understanding new project deliverables from sales team & coming up with an organized timeline for the scope of work required
- Allocating projects to internal team members & working closely with them till the completion of development
- Managing and updating of project management tools & ensure all project status are accurate and up to date
- Managing client’s expectation during the project development phase, advising client's on technical matters & maintaining good relations with existing clients
- Setting up of staging environment for development team to start work & perform migration to live site upon project completion
- Actively assisting to improve internal processes and work flow & supporting various departments of the company

**Requirements**:

- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and multitasking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment and thrives under pressure
- Ability to have a clear understanding of all project timelines & status at all time
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, clear communication, online research skills & problem-solving skill
- Possess good communication skills & is able to accurately convey information to client and internal team members
- Advantage to have knowledge on HTML, CSS, PHP, C#, WordPress
- Preferably outspoken

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
