**THETA88 - HAWKER CENTRES OF THE FUTURE**:
THETA88 is startup ideating, designing and prototyping Hawker Centres of the Future. We partner like-minded socially conscious individuals and companies. We would like to start doing something now to shape the future of hawker centres, its heritage and change the perception the young have of hawker centres either as hawkerpreneurs or customers.

We are looking for **FACILITY OPERATIONS EXECUTIVEs** to join us.

Overseeing day to day operations and ensuring smooth operations of the hawker centre which includes but limited to:
hygiene, cleanliness, customer service, compliance to laws and policies, reacting to incidents and emergencies, attending to complaints;
fostering good relations and working with hawkers, contractors, customers;
adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), keeping the environment and working safely and meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
investigate, rectify complaints, implement preventive measures to deter future occurrences, perform daily visual checks on facilities, stalls, dining hall, toilets and limited perimeter for any irregularities, non-compliances, issues that need rectification;
You should have patience and empathy. A team player who is responsible, eager to listen and learn. You should be able to work under pressure in a fast paced startup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
