**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the respective stakeholders from both Singapore and head office to seek endorsement/approval for new trade products/programme.
- End-to-end managing of projects and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure that our trade finance products are rolled out promptly.
- Enhancement to the existing Trade Finance Systems when required to meet changing business and regulatory needs.
- Ongoing enhancement of customer experience/service delivery of clients’ requests/requirements.
- Conclude SOPs and SLAs with various departments.
- Manage daily activities of the Trade Transaction Bank Limit system. Liaise with Singapore and regional teams in performing relevant limit transfer and confirmation procedures.
- Monthly MIS Data and Management reporting preparation, for the trade finance department’s monthly regular meetings.
- Involvement in trade finance sales activities, ongoing enhancement of customer experience/service delivery of clients’ requests/requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc department projects, market research, sales kits and trainings

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in data intensive environment is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong in excel and writing skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Positive work attitude with high degree of initiative and drive.
- Resourceful and able to work with mínimal supervision.
