We will invest in our people to ensure that there are good chances for overseas exposure, career progression and professional development. **Make an Impact by** **DC Operations Management** - Collaborates with senior management ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared delivery service reports. - Create and present status reports - Create data center diagrams including cabinet elevations, data center floor maps, capacity documentation and other essential diagrams - Develop and implement departmental procedures, standards, goals, objectives, policies and processes to ensure consistent delivery of supported services. Develop and ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being met. - Ensures delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. Monitors and adjusts staffing levels to operational needs. Makes recommendations on HW and SW equipment, maintenance and licensing to maximize revenue at least cost. - Ensuring effective and efficient management of day-to-day 24x7 Datacenter Operations. - Ensuring his/her Data Center is compliant with all relevant security policies and procedures. - Writes all MOP scripts - Writing policies, process and procedures for all aspects of data center operations - You are responsible for overall site capacity management - You will manage supervisors, engineers, and Singtel site. - Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure. Ensure that all work performed within the space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers - Oversees all data center incident management, participates in outage calls and makes tactical decisions on behalf of Singtel to drive IT outsourced provider toward resolutions that balance risk while maximizing uptime/performance objectives. This includes being available "on-call" and able to regularly work during non-standard hours. - Oversees Knowledge Base and ensures top quality solutions are available to staff; develops Service and Business Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance. - Maintains centralized policy and procedures documentation and process flows for the function and controls; monitors and facilitates documentation of new of changes to policies and procedures. - Manage/Improve the workflows and throughput for data Centers Operations. - Lead the team to ensure Singtel DC maintain all ISO27001, SS507, ISO22301, ISO9001 Certification status. **DC Facilities Management** - An excellent understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units - Coordinates daily with a multitude of third-party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs - Collaborate with third party vendors to have appropriate staffing at contact centers by accurately forecasting contact volumes based on orders and trends. - Data center contract management - Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures - Ensure an appropriate maintenance regime is established for all facility and Data Centre utilities and plant, including regular testing and electrical and mechanical inspections. - Manages team to work safely, effectively and with high regard to human error avoidance - Plans, coordinates, reviews budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data center - Manage facility maintenance work, including monitoring and control to ensure completion within time and cost objectives. - Vendor management/monitoring vendor performance. - Provide weekly reports to the data center cluster manager - Work towards ensuring appropriate physical security is in place and enforced. - Provides input and guidance towards budget **Service Improvement** - Be passi
