Move to Cloud Technical Project Manager

Singapore ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Context**:

- Contribute to IT projects in the banking industry for Antaes clients.
- Scope with ADM teams the adaptations required to move to Cloud, including the migration path (6R) and specific project Cloud readiness principles
- Help assess the cost of moving to Cloud by collecting key indicators on each migration (technologies, code and database size etc.)
- Contribute to the Monthly Steering committees on his scope,
- Build a migration cost estimation tool based on return of experience of previous migrations
- Review coming cost estimates to make sure this is in line with the adaptations required
- Ensure that the deliverables of ADM teams or outsourcing partners are in line with the standard and quality expected (code quality, test coverage, documentation updates etc.),
- Participate to the weekly project committee (CoPro) and give input to the Program Manager
- Coordinate with production teams and outsourcing partner on the availability and planning of all the resources allocated to the program, as well as dependent resources (AI SPoC)
- Identify, communicate and document risks and their mitigation strategies,
- Contribute and facilitate the technical committee validations (architecture, production estimates, go-live checklist, change validation board etc.)
- Ensure that all project processes are followed and technical documentation updated as per the changes with the Cloud migrations:

- _IT system diagrams _
- _Applications referential and CMDB _
- _Asset documentation _
- _Production documentation _
- Contribute to reporting at Group level and any other ad hoc reports required on M2C, if help requested from program manager
- In charge of ensuring Knowledge transfer to ADM and AI teams (documentation and execution are managed by the vendor) is effective and closed via a proper sign-off
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- **8+ years of experience working in Technical Project Manager roles on infrastructure projects (data center migration, middleware migration, Cloud migration etc.)**
- **Experience on Cloud migration & Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, IaC, CICD etc.)**
- **Good project management and collaboration skills**
- **Ability to synthetize and communicate complex technical topics, both oral and written**
- **Strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, Service Now tools essential**
- ITIL experience (Change management, CMDB incident and problem management) desirable
- Architecture knowledge/experience or development knowledge/experience would be a plus
- Experience in Financial & Banking industry would be a plus
- SCRUM/Agile experience would be a plus
- Senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills (CIO and IT leadership team) would be a plus
