Operations Executive (Ecommerce) - Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and Whatsapp inquiries regarding products and services - Assist clients on order-on-line, delivery timings - Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics (delivery schedule) - Ensuring all orders going out for deliveries are complete and accurate - Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, logistic and etc - Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service - Product listing on various platforms - Social media management of the individual brand - Assist customers with after-sales service issues (feedback / complaints / enquiries) - Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand. - Daily administrative duties/ ad-hoc projects if required **JOB REQUIREMENT** >High EQ >Creative problem solver >Task oriented & meticulous with details >Trustworthy with self-discipline and commitment >Good communication and written skills >Bilingually conversant English & Chinese. >Proficient in Microsoft Application especially Excel and Powerpoint >Interested to learn about e-commerce operations and processes
