**Job Title**: ServiceNow Developer

**Location**: Singapore

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
ServiceNow Development:

- Utilize hands-on experience in Service Catalog and Service Portal modules to enhance the platform's functionality.
- Create and manage update sets to move customizations between different ServiceNow instances.

Platform Support:

- Provide administrative support for the ServiceNow platform, including advanced troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
- Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls related to the operation and SDLC of the ServiceNow platform.

Integration and Reporting:

- Develop an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
- Implement integration solutions using key technologies such as ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
- Create reports using the standard reporting engine, and manage metrics and SLAs to ensure platform efficiency.

**Required Skills**:
Technical Expertise:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS for integration purposes.

Platform Management:

- Ability to create and manage update sets for moving customizations between ServiceNow instances.
- Strong skills in providing administrative support, troubleshooting, and implementing bug fixes.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Experience in documenting, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures for ServiceNow platform operations.
- Capability to create reports and manage metrics using ServiceNow's standard reporting engine.

Communication:
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Fundamental understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and its relevant technologies.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- ServiceNow development: 2 years (preferred)
