**Group/Division**

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thorough review and analysis, accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll of more than 1000 employees in accordance with company policies and local regulatory standards
- Accurate and timely filing and payment of statutory CPF to CPFB
- Submission of employees' IR21 & NS Claims in a timely manner
- Payroll/expat tax/government grant related journal entries and accruals
- Annual employee stock / income tax filings
- Internal and external audits for payroll related accounts
- Manage government grants
- Assist in implementation of improvements/enhancements, including working independently with all stakeholders, and achieve high levels of efficiency, accuracy and compliance
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of all employee related information
- Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification
- At least 3 years of proven payroll experience
- Experience in HRiQ Payroll Softward and SAP is a plus
- Excellent in Excel
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
- A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organisation, decision making and problem solving skills required
