Usher (Hosts Guide Guests)

Job Description & Requirements

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily checks to ensure the attraction is maintained and operating in its best working condition at all times.
- Report any defects to the respective Attraction In-Charge and relevant departments.
- Lead the team in performing housekeeping schedules and assigned duties.
- Ensure general cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas in attraction.
- Welcome and provide excellent guest service to all guests
- Perform the role of usher or crowd controller at attractions.
- Actively participate in the implementation of activities organized at attractions.
- Monitor stock level of consumables,ensure the safety of guests at all times.
- Manage guests during attraction downtime or in emergency situations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Tourism, Hospitality or any other customer service-related industry.
- Strong customer service skills, engaging and service oriented.
- Meticulous with a strong sense of safety awareness

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
