**Role Overview**:
A Singapore-based startup founded in 2018 is optimizing and reshaping the warehousing scene by developing proprietary autonomous technologies for automated warehouse systems, including automated guided vehicles (AGVs), command and control systems, and supply chain optimization. The company focuses on creating advanced automation and robotic technologies to enhance efficiency for its customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily workshop and customer service operations.
- Ensure workshop readiness and accountability.
- Develop policies for effective workshop maintenance and efficiency.
- Train and motivate staff to meet performance standards.
- Address problems promptly and manage risks effectively.
- Continuously streamline workflows and improve working conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Serve as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and customers.
- Write and submit technical reports to customers/manufacturers.
- Prepare performance, budget, and expenditure reports.
- Plan and achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Academic qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Material Handling Equipment repair.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing workshop operations.
