IT Manager

**Job Scope**:

- Production issue facilitation and support for MSOL Singapore organization
- Project management and implementation for MSOL Asia Pacific IT projects
- Aligns project milestones with MSOL Global PMO and AP IT Leaders
- Initiate and manage requirements for IT projects - align with business and global processes
- Manage and collaborate with internal/external teams for deliverables and schedules
- Manage and supervise internal and/or outsourced staff from external vendors
- Maintains strong relationships with MSOL world area, global process, and IT leaders
- Aligns with global process teams and AP global distribution footprint.
- Automate BI monitoring for critical reports - daily production WIP progress, RIVS order stock balance, order import issues notification and missing Tag/Cal order importing.
- IT Internal dry run for MSOL custom solutions being modified or created to move into production. (SO/PO order import, reverse link, RIVS order, RA model conversion, configurations via AP Oracle Configurator (APOCD) and GPD)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist other MSOL AP sites with issues escalation as required or directed
- Coordinate communications related global changes impacting MSOL AP sites
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders (Kick-off, Stage gate, Steering, Weekly, Closing), and assist in development pertaining to project and its enhancement (Report, RFC, ETL, Data Migration and Validation tools), testing and implementing activities thru out project phases.
- Review and analyze requirements, bug fix, enhancements or patching and provide input or solutions (sometime code changes) based on MSOL AP and world area customizations and footprint, BU custom solutions including Global SO-PO Import, Reverse Link, RIVS Order, RA model Conversion, Custom unit related data (URD) APOCD and GPD Link.
- Work with business users on solution testing for project issues and collateral damage testing for impacted projects.
- Work with centralized testing solutions team for MSOL measurement and analytical scenarios for IT project functional checkout, smoke test, collateral damage analysis/test for MSOL specific RFCs for monthly testing events and Agile program increments for APAC requirements related to Sales & Sales Operations
- Global & local Edge Applications, ETL and DII development and localization, review Report FRS with local business, provide solution and develop BI Report/Alert according to local requirement and promote to global BI after stabilizing.
- Daily collaborate and communication with offshore outsource team for Global Linking (SO-PO, RIVS, IRISO) status between JDE to Oracle and Oracle to Oracle for both World Area and AP orders, as well as APOCD status update.
- Closely monitor and analyze APOCD, Oracle Configurator, MFG, SCM, ASCP performance related issues and DB matters with technical and support teams, come up with the resolution and improvement plan to reduce the impact to business.
- Through coordination with global leaders, ensure APAC Digital Information Initiative (DII) support structures are working as designed to support APAC business teams
- As required, participates in evening calls with North America teams

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in IT industry carrying out Oracle Project and Resource Management, and with at least 4 years in a technical role.
- Hands-on person & ability to work under pressure in meeting timeline and budget.
- Strong business processes and analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
- Good project implementation and management, plus vendor management skills. Team Player, good communication skills.
- At least 4 years of experience with R12 Oracle preferable in OM, MFG, SCM and Procurement Modules.
- Proficient in using SQL, PL/SQL
- Conversant in Oracle Forms, Reports Builder and Workflow Builder
- Conversant in MS Visual Studio platform and at least one language bounded.
- Conversant in Project Management and Stage Gate Process, with strong internal and external stakeholders’ management, including directing information technology strategies and effectively managing outsourcing and contractor relationships.
- Preferably Oracle EBS and PMO certified.
