**About this role**:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will partner closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-impact creative that drives engagement across the APAC region. You will take ownership of translating campaign strategies into compelling visual assets, ranging from digital ads, reports, landing pages, and social media content to event materials and sales enablement collateral, while ensuring all work is consistent with our brand guidelines.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regional and global offices, balancing creativity with business goals to solve complex design challenges. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, contribute fresh ideas, and raise the overall quality of our creative output in APAC.

**What the Senior Graphic Designer will do**:

- Maintain a consistent and streamlined brand experience on both web and print properties.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure our visual identity is consistent, cohesive, and efficiently implemented across all channels including Marketing, Product, and UX.
- Research and recommend system-wide design changes that are scalable across marketing platforms and devices.
- Make individual design contributions on key projects and provide design guidance through every aspect of a project lifecycle.
- Create external and internal facing presentations to support the executive team, sales and marketing.
- Help shape and adapt the brand for the APAC region by recommending design best practices and image styles that resonate with local audiences and cultural preferences.
- 5+ years of design experience in a design role.
- Strong educational background in a design or art-related field.
- Expert knowledge of everything Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are must-haves; After Effects a plus).
- Solid presentation skills; comfortable with explaining the connection between project requirements and proposed design solutions to project stakeholders.
- Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude toward quality in both design and communications.
- Solid understanding of marketing, and brand design, and being a solid and trustworthy colleague.
- Have good energy: you come to projects with a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
- Expertise in Sketch, Infogram, and Google Docs a plus.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Japanese, Mandarin or Korean is a big plus.
