**ob Descriptions**:

- To develop and compile training material for the brands
- Responsible to schedule and conduct product presentation and training
- To coach and motivate the aesthetician in their skills and product knowledge
- To train, evaluate and motivate the aesthetician presentation, consultation and selling skills
- To develop treatment protocol, sales technique, and consultation skills
- Prepare and conduct beauty webinars for consumers
- Build and establish good customer relationship
- Perform beauty services sold to customers with accuracy and effectiveness
- Recommend suitable skin care service based on customer’s needs
- Setup appointments with customers (new and current)
- Ensure the smooth operation (available of clean equipment and materials, hygienic environment, etc)
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- A self-motivated team player who works well under pressure
- Full Time Beauty Product Trainer

**Requirements**:

- ITEC/ CIBTAC / CIDESCO holder
- Training experience will be an advantage
- Presentable appearance with excellent personality
- Preferably 2 yrs in Beauty Industry experience

**Additional Information**:

- Retail hours
- 6 days work week
