The BAGUS Together team journeys with everyday individuals to start and sustain their own non-profit initiatives. We're passionate about enabling people with fabulous ideas solve social issues through the power of the community.
- Groundups are informal groups which embody the spirit of giving and rally the community to respond to issues arising within communities. They diversify and strengthen the Giving Ecosystem by creating innovative solutions, offering opportunities for informal volunteering, and encouraging a sense of ownership within communities.
DESIGNATION : Manager, Community Partnerships (BAGUS Together) (1-year Contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning and implementation of BT programmes
- Engage key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of the BT programmes
- Build relationships with groundups by engaging them through regular conversations and providing advisory service to address challenges they face
- Work together with other BT team members to deliver the overall objectives of the initiative
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors in Sociology, Business, Social Sciences or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working in partnerships, programme management, community and stakeholder engagement roles in the non-profit sector
- Ability to analyse and synthesize information, as well as translate policy guidance into actionable strategies
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to design, manage and implement programmes
- Good at planning and organising events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS office suite
