**Key Responsibilities**
Assist the Head, Concessions in managing all the concession stalls at the Singapore Sports Hub

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage catering operations and sales derived from all the concession stalls
- Ensure all stalls are in working condition and clean before the start of events
- Work with external and internal F&B partners in operating the stalls
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the stalls
- Ensure all sales proceeds are properly accounted for
- Manage and work with Human Capital on the manpower staffing levels at the stalls
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of hygiene; practice workplace safety at all times
- Ensure proper handling of food items in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards
- Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures
- Professional representation of the company through personal conduct and appearance

**Key Requirements**
- At least Tertiary Degree in a reputable University.
- Preferably to have a food hygiene certificate
- 3-4 year relevant experiences
- Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
