Investment Analyst

**Investment Analyst**

**Responsibility**
- Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal items
- Deal structuring and other transaction-related matters
- Development and execution of value creation plan for portfolio companies, including:

- Formation of growth strategies, post-acquisition integration
- Analysis and quantification of growth and operational improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to design and execute value creation plans
- Support other corporate development activities, including:

- Understanding of the ever-changing consumer business landscape/ competitive landscape/ other investment themes
- Perform research to identify other potential business development and investment opportunities (including M&A)
- Conduct market analysis & intelligence and annual plan development for up-to-date market changes
- Keep track of market intelligence in the industry in respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers
- Identification and research on potential sites and advise management of new opportunities.
- Investment evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including the following activities:

- Valuation of businesses
- conducting feasibility studies for new projects
- Oversight of transaction due diligence, including planning due diligence workstreams and management of transaction advisors
- Preparation of Investment Paper

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years of work experience for a Manager role; 2-3 years of work experience for an Analyst role.
- Prior training and experience in corporate finance, financial/commercial due diligence, M&A, public/private investments and/or strategy preferred
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Technically sound in accounting/finance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work collaboratively and independently

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
