**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare electrical rewiring lists and budgets for Town Councils’ approval as well as plan rewiring project for the year.
- Prepare 5 years projection on cyclical rewiring budget for Town Councils annually.
- Prepare tender drawings, contract document and tender report for electrical rewiring, upgrading works.
- Attend to electrical complaints and advise Town Councils on the appropriate repair work to be carried out (when necessary).
- Provide technical assistance on electrical installations, electrically operated roller shutters and fire protection systems.
- Review of technical specifications and schedule of rates for all electrical related term contracts.
- Design, supervise and commission electrical rewiring projects.
- Process and monitor monthly progress claim for electrical rewiring projects.
- Review and update ISO manual annually and ensure ISO procedure is adhered to within the company.
- Update and review each electrical rewiring project file according to ISO.
- Liaise with Power Grid, HDB, Architect on the construction/ extension of switch rooms and modifications of existing electrical substations on behalf of Town Councils if any.
- Review and update the list of properties for rewiring programs.
- Prepare minutes of initial site meeting with Town Councils and contractor after issuing the letter of award.
- Carry out site inspections with Town Councils and contractor on the mock-up sample for electrical rewiring projects.
- Raise request of variation orders for any additions/ omissions of any items of electrical rewiring projects.
- Ensure staff adhere to work health and safety procedure.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in design, supervision and maintenance of electrical installations, fire protection systems and other electrical related works and services.
- Knowledge of Trouble shooting of M & E equipment.
- Conversant in the design and maintenance of M&E works.
- Possession of LEW certification will be advantageous.
- Ability to manage a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
