Finance Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare full sets of accounts, perform daily accounting and treasury activities
- Prepare financial statements, annual audit report and deal with external auditors
- Prepare management schedules, risk control statements and forecast
- Prepare budgeting and monitoring
- Handle with in house expense claims and payment
- Review daily trust reconciliation statement, daily trust transfers and fund out
- Prepare and monitor risk-based capital and answer queries from Singapore regulatory body
- Prepare analysis and other reports as required to head office in Guangzhou
- Tax related work
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance management or accounting related fields.
- University graduate with ACCA and/or CPA qualification is preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in futures or other finance business is preferred
- Familiar with local and overseas futures business is preferred
- Knowledge of requirements as imposed by local regulatory authorities for futures business
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Words and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English & Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
