**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to showcase our offerings and strengthen brand recognition.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to align on objectives and design campaigns that captivate our target market.
- Create and optimize processes for lead generation and database management in partnership with internal teams.
- Support the creation of initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads through innovative tactics.
- Design and produce a variety of marketing assets, including digital ads, social media content, e-newsletters, print materials, presentations, and website copy.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- Local diploma or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital and social media, including SEO, SEM, and lead generation tactics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and execute tactical strategies effectively.
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Effective coordination skills, self-motivation, and persistence.
- Willingness to travel and work across the region.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Fresh graduates will be considered for a junior role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,900.00 per month
