This position is under the research project on development of novel smart sensor for reverse osmosis fouling detection. This job is expected to provide day-to-day support in the operation lab and pilot reverse osmosis system at a water treatment plant, conduct laboratory and pilot study to optimize the sensor technology, perform water analyses, perform membrane autopsy, prepare progress reports and presentations.

Job Responsibilities- Operation of lab and pilot reverse osmosis system at a water treatment plant- Develop and assist in the development of real time monitoring methods for membrane fouling detection- Perform water analysis- Perform membrane fouling characterization and membrane autopsy- Membrane module fabrication- Prepare research paper, progress report and presentations

Job Requirements- Bachelor degree from a reputable university in chemical/environmental engineering- Relevant research experience on membrane technology and electrical impedance spectroscopy technique- Oral presentation skill, Multitasking skill- Self-motivated and able to work on your own and in a team- Good interpersonal skills- Good communication and writing in English for preparation of research paper, progress report and presentations- Strong responsibility for research
