**Responsibilities**:
Tencent is a leading global technology company focused on connecting people and developing innovative products and services that improve the quality of life of people around the world. Tencent Overseas Finance Team is a comprehensive financial management team that serves the globalisation strategy of Tencent. It aims to build a global financial infrastructure to help businesses successfully expand internationally and operate in compliance. In gist, the team manages a wide array of responsibilities, which includes but not limited to:

- 1. Entity financial management;
2. Business partnership with overseas business teams;
3. Financial planning and analysis;
4. Finance system and process optimization;
5. Overseas policy and compliance.

Position Overview

We are now looking for a Finance Intern who has a great ambition and interest in starting his/her career in finance field. The finance/accounting undergraduate/post-graduate will work very closely with the senior team members here in Singapore across the various aspects of finance operations, which provides a comprehensive exposure and experience throughout this internship program. The qualified hopefuls should be able to commit for a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Assist in performing data collection, information analysis as well as documentation and checking of supporting documents;
- Assist in preparing reports to meet management’s needs;
- Assist in reviewing and documentation of workflow and internal control procedures;
- Support senior team members in day-to-day finance operation and other ad-hoc projects assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate/Post-graduate majoring in Finance, Accounting, and other related business studies from the autonomous universities
- Strong ability to work with complex and detailed financial data and information
- Strong written and communication skills to build and maintain effective cross-functional communications and relationship across all levels
- Demonstrated ability and adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility with positive work attitude
