**Role & Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers
- Understand their needs and wants
- Advise the right services and retail
- Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
- Optimize the customer’s visit by upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS and handle the payment
- Keep the spa premises neat & tidy

**Skills & Qualities**
- Good interpersonal skills
- Passionate about well-being
- Good sales/service techniques
- Good listening
- Team spirit

**Education & Experience**
- 1 to 2 years of experiance
- Graduate / Diploma with a Massage Therapist /Manicure/ Beautician / Nail technician experience in Salon or Spa is preferred.
