- Develops specialty programs as identified by Management.
- Responds to patient/media queries on TCM or clinic services.

- Any other duties as assigned from time to time

**Job Requirement**
- Recognized Diploma/ Degree / Masters in TCM by Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board.
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
- Effectively bilingual and equipped with computer skills to manage electronic clinic system
