Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of backend systems, including operations, maintenance, and performance.
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and assist in project scheduling.
- Coordinate backend activities with stakeholders, vendors, frontend teams to resolve technical issues.
- Manage backend-related documentation, IT resources and project policies.
- Support change implementations: system patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and enhancements.
- Handle service requests and IT security issues, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Assist in incident and problem management processes, including escalations from Level 1 engineers.
- Administer and configure AWS cloud environments; deploy and manage cloud-based workloads securely.
- Support operational systems reliability and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) adherence.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational tasks effectively and on schedule.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and availability.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of backend architecture, system operations and cloud-based workloads.
- Hands-on experience with system maintenance, incident management, and IT security compliance.
- Familiarity with Windows-based and Linux-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive & customer-oriented.

**- 5 years of AWS cloud experience.**
- Degree or equivalent technical knowledge and expertise
- Willingness to take up technical leadership role.
- AWS Cloud Certification is a plus

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
