About Us:
We are a dynamic multi-strategy hedge fund managing diverse portfolios across various asset classes. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Operations Associate **to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our trades and ensuring seamless support for our traders and portfolio managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Trade Bookings: Manage and oversee the booking of trades across various asset classes.
- Daily Position Review: Review and validate daily positions, ensuring accurate risk and PnL reporting.
- Break Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve any breaks or discrepancies in trade and position records.
- Trader & PM Support: Provide operational support to traders and portfolio managers, responding to any ad hoc requests.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize trade ordering, execution, and booking processes.
- Issue Resolution: Solve operational issues as they arise, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in an operations, middle office, or back-office role within a financial institution or hedge fund.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, including trade bookings, reconciliations, and risk/PnL reporting.
- Experience in supporting trading desks and working closely with traders and portfolio managers.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to address and resolve operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external parties.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to teach and learn across departments.
- Humble attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on responsibilities.
