**About the Team**

The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. As the Global Network Commercial and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for backbone, CDN, Cloud Communication and other network related business development, including but not limited to private circuit, IPT, Peering, SMS, etc.
- Responsible for network solution strategy, working with multifunction stakeholders to support data center capacity planning, network design, project delivery and whole-life span management
- Responsible for external support, including but not limited to feasibility study and contract negotiations with telco carriers, economic development agencies, public utility companies, conducting standard procurement procedure for network resource acquisition
- Supplier management, evaluation and continuous improvement, responsible for developing long-term partnership with telcos, authorities, etc.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in OTT, Cloud or Telecommunication industry, experienced in related industry with insight into market trends and business practices of network in APAC
- Bachelor or above degree in Telecommunication, Computing, Engineering, Management or Economy
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure and schedule, committed and result-oriented
