Chef de Cuisine/head Chef

**Purpose of the role**: To motivate and coach the team, and monitor team performance and development. To manage the store through budgeting, marketing and building a client base.
**You Will**:
- Monitor kitchen and retail inventory.
- Be responsible for daily operations.
- Be responsible for the back of house’s P&L, and financial performance.
- Work with the Marketing team & Operation Manager to drive traffic through organic engagement and paid channels.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the team and individual members.
- Guide, plan, and monitor your team members’ OKR.
- Liaise with the FOH team to ensure consistency in food quality, as well as profitability through sales of food.
- Ensure that the store’s operational budget is in line and cost effective.
- Monitor overall guest satisfaction, take into consideration customer feedback, and make the necessary changes.
- Summaries and report on all member performance to Director of Operations and Human Resource every month.
- Submit payroll for the part-time members every month.
- Enforce and monitor operational standards, SOPs and quality measures that have been set out for the store.
- Handle administrative matters, alongside all other necessary records and reports, for the outlet.
- Plan and execute members’ bi-weekly work schedule.
- Conduct necessary training for all members.
- Establish healthy connections between the team and the guests.
- Help out with ad-hoc duties, such as cleaning, assisting your peers, and others.
- Promote a collaborative work environment.

- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Keynote
