We are seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our dental practice as a Dental Receptionist and Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and perform general administrative tasks
- Handle patient billing and insurance claims
- Assist dentists with a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Prepare dental instruments and materials for treatment.
- Sterilise and maintain dental equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Plato & Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Students are welcome to apply; training will be provided
