**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Bioinformatics Research Assistant will carry out on-the-job training to enhance their expertise in biological data analysis. They will collaborate closely with scientists to conduct and contribute to projects with significant scientific and commercial implications.

**Specific Responsibilities**

The Research Assistant will plan and perform biological data analysis with a focus on microarray and next-generation sequencing data analysis.
- Conduct data analysis using various bioinformatics tools and software
- Assist in the interpretation of genomic data and generate reports
- Develop and maintain analysis pipeline
- Collaborate with other researchers in the laboratory to interpret data and generate reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Computer science, or a related field
- Experience in programming languages such as R and python
- Knowledge of bioinformatics tools for microarray and sequencing analysis is a plus
