**Information Analysis**: Analyze and synthesize information provided by business users to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs.**Stakeholder Engagement**: Facilitate discussions to draw out the actual needs of stakeholders, moving beyond expressed desires to identify core business requirements.**Requirements Definition**: Clearly and unambiguously define detailed requirements to address the business challenges effectively.**Business Case Development**: Create robust business cases that outline problem-solving strategies, associated costs, and expected organizational benefits.**Alignment with Business Goals**: Ensure that the needs of business units align with the capabilities of our solutions by consistently checking for alignment with expected business benefits.**Cross-Department Communication**: Facilitate communication between organizational units to ensure a smooth flow of information and collaboration.**Collaboration with Development Team**: Work alongside the development team and solution architects to define the design and specifications of the solution.**Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting minutes to keep all stakeholders informed.-
- Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable plans.- Familiarity with business case development and project management methodologies.- What we offer
