**Your Career**

Palo Alto Networks is looking for an experienced Senior Manager FP&A to shape priorities and investments helping JAPAC achieve scalable growth. Leveraging a deep understanding of our operating model and long term goals to provide strategic advice and analysis, you will be a trusted reference on the state of the business and contribute to our overall strategy.

As part of the JAPAC Finance team, you will be the primary point of contact for our product business units and analytics teams. Bringing the rigor and diligence of finance, you will help standardize reporting, planning and analysis to trigger ideas and business discussions that ensure we’re channeling our investment towards the right priorities.

**Your Impact**
- Leverage past experience in FP&A and business partnering to drive cross-functional alignment between functions, theaters, and business units.
- Break down complex business dynamics with structured analysis, identify opportunities for growth and deliver recommendations.
- Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews for JAPAC Finance.
- Develop and maintain a discount management framework for Finance to evaluate deal exception requests.
- Ensure ongoing accountability of sales teams with performance management reporting that monitors progress towards goals.
- Navigate matrix organization for efficient and effective outcomes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in the field whilst ensuring we meet stakeholder and policy requirements.
- Coach and mentor support functions across finance and operations in the theater and corporate to align goals and create collaborative working relationships.
- Support projects that drive automated solutions for exceptional customer experience for Sales, Deals Desk, Revenue, Finance and Legal.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- 8+ years of experience working in a tech environment in a financial or a sales operations role
- Leadership qualities with demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
- Ability to work independently and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing objectives.
- Commercial acumen developed through ongoing engagement with sales and marketing teams.
- Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics in a distilled manner
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills - Power Excel user who is comfortable with large data sets
- Deadline-driven, organized, with willingness to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment
