**What characterizes this position?**:
**As Project Manager for Supply Chain Projects, you are part of our Global Delivery Organization in the Delivery Management team and responsible for the execution of customer projects by supporting cross-functional and international delivery teams to successfully implement our solutions and services with the customer.**

**How you’ll shape our journey**:

- Act as communication point for internal and external stakeholders of the project to identify dependencies and ensure everyone’s awareness and understanding of project requirements, deliverables and timeline to design, develop and implement solutions to address customer needs
- Effectively interpret and document customer acceptance criteria
- Monitor and report project status and risk with respect to cost, time, quality and functionality
- Interact with agile and other project roles to ensure cross-team alignment and maximize overall flow
- Internally challenge the scope, quality of solution design and project delivery as well as coordinate with other mSE project managers on capacity planning and project standards.
- Coach and support every individual in the project team and ensure that everybody fulfills their role in the best way
- Set an example of living by agile values and act as a servant leader to the delivery teams

**What makes you a great fit**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience in a project related role, optimally with supply chain and/or software implementation focus (e. g. Kinaxis RapidResponse, data integration, databases)
- Knowledge and experience in (agile) project methodology (e. g. Scrum, Kanban), tools and processes with a high comprehension of interdisciplinary and cross-functional organizations
- Passion for ambitious supply chain projects and solid understanding of business processes
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, BigPicture) is considered a plus
- Empathic personality with excellent communication skills and a high problem-solving competence
- Fluent English skills, additional language skills are very welcome
