Senior Process Engineer

**What You Will Do**:

- Take ownership and drive development in Wet Process technology roadmap.
- Drive cost efficiency through innovative process simplification, improving productivity and optimizing current costs model.
- Drive improvement to optimize wet processes to meet the yield and quality requirements.
- Investigate, analyze root cause to problems with DMAIC systematic approach.
- Work with inter/intra departments on all continuous improvement activities.
- Actively lead, participate and manage project workgroups. Coordinate project activities for successful implementation.
- Prepare specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation; Monitor and optimize current procedures and propose necessary changes or improvements through proper documentation, SOP and OCAP.
- Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.
- Maintain Safety & housekeeping at all time for a safe work environment that is compliance to the safety regulations.
- Any other duties as directed by the Engineering Section Manager.

**What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals, Materials Science, or relevant engineering degree is required.
- Min 2-3 years working experience in process engineering.
- Experience and in-depth understanding of chemistry fundamentals on wet benches is preferred.
- Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing
- Possess a high degree of self-motivation, goal orientated and the ability to focus on solving problems and to learn new skills.
- Experience with manufacturing operation, failure analysis and LED knowledge will be added advantage.

**Competencies**:

- Requires excellent communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) of both technical and non-technical issues
- Have the ability to plan and execute well-designed experiments and report results in clear concise reports.
- Firm knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and SPC.
- A team player with good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong Organizational skill and is self-motivated.
- Enjoys fast-paced and dynamic environment
